LCI Ultra level hydraulic leveling

We have 2013 Tuscany EX with a problem with the Ultra level hydraulic leveling system. When I try to turn the system on with the touch pad, it can take several minutes and a number of touches to get the system to turn on or off. It is also delayed for the auto or manual button to function. When it turns on it seems to work fine and get to the right level position. The manual does not have guidance on what to do.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there a solution? I was thinking of replacing the touch pad. Thoughts? Where can touch pad be purchased.

I replaced the touch pad based on voltage readings obtained from Lippert and everything works as expected.

Our 2016 Keystone product fifth wheel had LCI auto level (or what ever it was called). In the two years we had this %*^#(((@ unit, the auto level never worked as it was designed to. Three dealers "checked" it out and stated it was fine. The one time it finally worked, the wheels were 4-5 inches off the ground, and we had already leveled the trailer before using auto level.
We just used "up & down" to load and level the unit.
