Power tongue jack head "partial rotation"

While hooking up our 21' travel trailer, my DW was raising the tongue with the power jack when it reached the end of it's travel. At that point the power unit did a sudden partial rotation of approx 45 degrees. It still operates normally, but it is pointed towards the "port side", using nautical terms. Does anyone have an idea how to get it back into it's proper position?

Thank you both. I now see there are three set screws. I had not thought of taking the weight off the jack first. Thanks for the helpful instructions.

After you take the weight off the jack, find the set screw at the base of the head. Loosen it and rotate the head assy back into position.

Support the trailer tongue with blocks of wood. Collapse the jack. Repair the electric jack.
