I have 2023 Montana high country 77 FL. Had it winterized last season professionally, this season a diff company came out, while doing the winterizing, they found water damage under the front slide to the OSB. We immediately took our unit to their facility, upon further inspection, they found water damage by the inside steps, in the kitchen area.. and found that the SeaFlo pump had been leaking for quite sum time. Our insurance wonโt cover the damage, Iโve contacted keystone, about this, they agreed to cover the slide issue. But not the damage done by the pump. I have an extended warranty with Easy Careโฆ But their no help either, estimate to fix it 11Kโฆ. Any one else have problems of the same nature????? And how did you get this resolved????
