For the last few months if the slideout has been sitting open for a week or so it won't retract.
What I noticed, when I opened up the access panel in the Coroplast all I have to do is rotate the motor shaft a half turn or so and the slide start up like nothing is wrong.
Most forum posts about a slide motor not starting have to do with the relay/breaker failure, this issue seems more like the motor, almost as if the brushes (if this type of motor has them) are losing contact or may be dirty.
Anyone agree? I'm thinking my next step might be to remove the motor, if its an easy job and take a look
Thanks
