Has anyone used one of these for the fuse protection in an Inverter install?

Yes I use the type of fuse you ask about.
I think the're great. No additional wiring.
Just bolt it to your deep cycle battery, hook the cable to it and you're done.

Yes, I know that. But my question is can I use this type of fuse (Single fuse style) instead of the traditional T class or ANL fuse?

I don't like to put more than two ring terminals on a stud bolt... If you are planning on having several rig terminal connections then a Blue sea Terminal Strip would be the thing to use as well so that no more than two ring terminals are used on one stud connection...

No, I would only use 1 fuse for just my inverter. I am just wondering if this type would work instead of using a ANL or T class fuse.
