It is a refuge. That's what they make window sills for. Anyway the plywood shed I've been living in on this side has walls so thin a mosquito could close its eyes and fly right on through the walls. I do not have the security of a hundreds feet tall cell phone tower when on the other side. I want lightning to work up a good sweat trying to get to me. The rebar and 6-sack are for earthquakes. The ridge is solid rock. I figure the place could easily survive a 8.0+, 12.0 Modified Mercalli Scale quake.

No wonder your cell phone signal is so poor inside your home. Sounds like you live inside a Faraday box.

The casita has more than a thousand feet of 5/8" rebar six sack concrete and foot thick walls and ceiling. The barotes in the gen shed are ten by tens. With galvanized lag screws and Franklin sub floor adhesive. Over 200 tubes. Got them at date of expiration for a song.

Ok, well PM/email me if you want to stop by. If not, no worries, and good luck with the medicals.

Hope Tropical Storm Marty does not damage your mainland interests.

Got lots of TO-247 sinks left. Enough to play pound-a-peg.

IERC used to be located in Burbank, CA, when I worked for them, until Dynamics Corp of America was acquired by CTS in 1997.

Heat sink catalogue

Of interest, perhaps, fansinks, heatsinks built into fans.

This is what I got left:

That is an 80mm fan on the left, a 40mm fan in the middle, and a 6 inch ruler near the bottom for size reference.

I need to keep something for future heat reduction possibilities though.

I wanna sorcerer's cone with stars and crescent moons!

I also have Hewey and Dewey Megawatts. Needing four heatsinks. This is asking for an awful lot...

Heck I don't want to have cars scream by when I meet Mex.

If he wants the Wfco heatsink cut in half or something I can do so in my workshop. Two mad scientists.

Well only one, the other will just be a tinkerer wielding power tools.

If you're lucky Mex, he might hoof it down to the offramp for you, with parts in tow.

Yep, I am south of Oceanside south of the 78, just east of the 5. You won't add more than 0.5 miles to your odometer if you were travelling to Oceanside anyway and wanted to stop by.
