(Tiffin) Upgrading Inverter from Xantrex RV3012GS to SW 3012

Hey guys and gals,

I'm upgrading an inverter and as it's an older coach it has the 5 Pin white plug for generator controls to the inverter, however the new inverter has a 20 pin white plug I need to wire into. The labels for each wire from the old inverter to the new one are a bit different. As I don't want to wire this up backwards, can anyone tell me which one goes to which?
Labels on old plug:
Gen Start 2 (yellow)
Gen stop 2 (yellow)
Thermostat + (green)
Gen start 1 (black)
Gen run (brown)
Gen stop (blue)

The new harness' diagram is labeled and colored different, any help is appreciated, thanks!

Some depends on the genset, but I would start with :

Old gen start 2 and gen stop 2 (both yellow) to new #16 and #18 - note both should be ground, so it shouldn't matter which is which, and IIRC, I hook all of those together *and* to new #13, which is ground.

Old Thermostat + to new #1 - Thermostat 1 input.

Old Gen start 1 (black) to new #17 - gen start, normally open

Old Gen Stop 1 (blue) to new #16 - gen stop, normally open.

Old Gen run (brown) to new #12.

If it's an Onan, Type 2 should be the ticket, maybe type 1.

You need to start a program here for this to work.

Draw EACH diagram out one on the top of a page

The other just beneath it.

Then take an image and upload it to the site

Would make all the difference in the world
