I have a 2006 Jayco Greyhawk. Both the electric and propane functions for the water heater have stopped working. I am on the road. They worked last night but will not work today. I have checked the breaker and it is not tripped. Does anyone have any suggestion or could anyone recommend a repair shop near St George UT.

If you have an electrical multimeter, check to see if you have 12 volts going to the control board. With both propane and electric not working, that is where I would start. Check to make sure the connections are clean and tight on the wires going to the circuit board.

No gas? Fuse blown, bad control board. Without checking it there is no way to tell you for sure.
