with wingard hep I converted my 3005 to accept the genie reciever. upon start up I recieved a 771 signal from direct tv. After many phone calls I was able to get it working, however a check of the sats revels that only the odd chanels are being recieved. The swm8 was changed, the cables were changed, the LNB was replaced. Still the same problem. A second reviever was tried still the same problem. Direct tv tech could not fix. He says problem is in the dish on the roof of the rv. any suggestions on what to do next?
