Wireless back-up camera.

I just purchased a Itasca Navion 24J. The chassis is a 2007 and the coach is a 2008. I bought a Tadi Bros. wireless back-up camera and I'm at a loss as to hooking up the hot lead to the camera itself. I've mounted and connected the receiver and all is good there. It looks as though the trim panels on the rear are pretty much impenetrable. My question is: what do I hook the power leads to? I'd kinda like it hooked to the back-up lights but it's not totally necessary as I can turn the receiver off and on in a back-up situation. Don't know if the camera could/should remain on all the time the motor-home is running. Has anybody run into this? I was thinking maybe I could wire it in to the rear marker lights somehow but then again it would remain on all the time the home is being driven. I read somewhere that all the Navions have the same wiring harness and it includes wiring for a camera. If so how does one access this wiring?

Power from a light or hitch wiring could be switched from a Wireless relay

If you have a rear window, consider mounting the camera inside looking out. I put mine at the top of the window aimed downward so the rear number or spare tire is just in the view. It has great distance from the motorhome perception. I have a switch on the power for both the camera and monitor mounted on the base of the driver's seat. I leave it on when pulling a trailer. The power comes from the house batteries because it was most convenient but once in while it is handy to use the monitor when set up in camp, like the time a silver fox was visiting and we were afraid opening the curtain would scare it away.

I wired mine to the top rear clearance lights, I have to have the lights or at least the park lights on to use it but I want it on all the time to watch the towed. Our motorhome doesn't have the lights on unless I turn them on so I run with my park lights on all the time.

I want mine on all of the time. I have a rear refer, so I tapped into 12vdc there. I added a toggle switch to turn it on/off. Works for me.

I wired mine to ignition on my class a. I wanted the camera on at all times as I towed a trailer behind me 95% of the time. It is easier to keep an eye on things back there.
