'09 F250 & loose steering related to power steering

Have an '09 F250 that I did a complete rebuild on everything up to and including the steering box. There is still some play in there somewhere. It is okay until I start the engine and then the play shows up. Tried some internet searching but can't seem to find anything yet. Is there something related to the power steering that needs replacement, adjustment or overhaul? Pump needs replacement maybe?

And your sure you have mounting bolts torqued right?

Can someone start engine and move steering wheel back and forth slowly and you watching the pump very closely to see if it is moving?

(MY mind goes back to my 84 that the bolts would wiggle lose)
