2003 Chevrolet Tahoe heat/ac fan not working.

So my 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe with 154,000 miles has issue with blowing heat and or a/c. For awhile, its only worked on speeds 3-5. Now, only working on speed 5. 1-4, not working at all. Is this an issue with my blower motor resistor? Is this easy to access on the 2003 Tahoe?
Do I access it on passenger side below the glove box area?

Thanks!

Replace the blower motor too! It is the high resistance of the blower that causes early resistor failures.

Fan resistor, get it from any parts store. Very common issue, so easy to fix!

I concur on this being the blower motor resistor. It's probably about $12. It's usually behind the heater box but not too hard to get to. As said, search Google and you'll find a youtube video.

Had the same problem on my '03 Silverado a while back, was the fan resistor located in the heater box on the passenger side. Plenty of videos on Youtube on how to change it out and I think it was only three screws to remove it. The part was available at my local auto-parts store for around $25.00

On my 2000 Chevy Blazer I only have 4 speeds. However, 1-3 get their power through a fuses and 4 comes from the relay. You might want to look at your fuses.

The switch in the dash. Common issue on that era GMs.
