CA Trailer Brake Requirements....
In California, brakes are required on any trailer coach or camp trailer having a gross weight of 1500 lbs. or more.
That's fine, but what I want to know is does a 2004 chalet have brakes. Not all pop-ups have brakes back then as I understand it. I'd like to avoid retrofitting it (kits are sold). Thanks.

Hi, there. I'm looking at buying a 2004 Chalet (basic model). Will it be equipped with electric brakes? Also, anywhere online where I can download brochure or better, the owner's manual. Thanks! - Mike
