2013 Grey Wolf 28BH Pros and Cons

We thinking of buying this travel trailer the Grey Wolf 28BH 2013. I realize they might not be many people out there with the 2013 model. 2013 upgrades include electric awning, electric hitch, ducted a/c, and large pantry to name a few. Any pros and cons on any year models are welcome. The price on the unit is $15,900

We have a 2012 grey wolf 27bhks. The flooring had 2 nails coming up, and we had that taken care of. Under the kitchen sink leaked, so my dh tightened the fitting. Those have been our only issue. We have 2 boys and a dog and it has served us well. No leaks. We have done several mods to accommodate us. Oh, the touch audio is funky, so we use the remote to operate it until we replace it.
We also have the power jack, power awning, power stabilizers. It's rough holing that remote.

We had a 2007 Cherokee 29B (quad bunks) for 7 years (Now they are Grey Wolf). We really enjoyed it. My two biggest worries were, 1) when is the hail going to hit, and 2) when will I see my first rotted board. My trailer was all wood frame, light, and low profile. I have had a window leak from a warranty replacement that I didn't notice for a couple years and just recently had the hail and am upgrading. It held up to a lot of kids banging around on the inside and survived well! That said I have been inside the Grey Wolf and they seem to be built OK. I believe they are still wood framed but can be ordered with the fiberglass sides. Seems like the price is right and will be a great upgrade from a pop-up.

I upgraded for the aluminum frame and fiberglass sides. That is just me.
