All GM trucks combined sell more than Ford.

To GM this is what matters. Not bragging about f150s being number 1 for 40 some years. Colorado and Canyon when added to Silverado and sierra outsell ford each month. Oh, and when GMs new 4500 and up trucks come out in the next year, those numbers can be added to the rest of their trucks. Trust me when Ford brings back the ranger, it will cut into F150 sales. Add up all ford truck. Add up all GM trucks. Now that's How it should be. Funny how GM sells more cars and trucks in America than Ford and Toyota. Its all in perspective.

Why ? the cars would of still had to be built. If 17 million cars are sold they will be built by someone, in the same factories ,over seen by a bank or car company, judge or what ever, same as parts companies.
I bet after 2 weeks or so the assemblers wold report to work doing what they did before a BK,just a new name on the pay check. The lowest guy in the pile would survive the middle and upper management not so much.

I don't have an In and Out Burger near me. But, I was on business travel in California and went to one for the first time. Very good.

We have a Freddies here locally. They are pretty good. But the burgers are thin, like Steak and Shake.. as are the fries. Freddies has good hotdogs too.

FiveGuys has good grilled hot dogs as well.

I'd recommend Culver's if you're ever in the Kansas/Missouri area. I moved here last summer and they're great. Also Freddy's like another poster mentioned is pretty good.

I understand Jay Leno's favourite burger is the In-N-Out burger.

Never had one, never been close to one of their restaurants. Given that Jay, IMO, has great taste in vintage motorcycles/cars I'm thinking that his choice in burgers is top notch too.

But I've wondered...are they good burgers ?

I'll tell you what's funny: GM went into bankruptcy and screwed all their shareholders and even their bondholders out of their money.

And to make it even funnier, GM was put back into business by using the taxes paid by those same shareholders and bondholders.

Now that's really funny.

Here we go again. Maybe I should not comment and ignore you like the 27 posts that followed your comment.:)

Actually Lincoln does make a pickup.

Do you mean did make a pickup?

I've just checked one website and it said the Lincoln Mark LT is getting a 2017 make over.
Another website: "The 2017 Lincoln Mark LT is coming back, according to latest rumors. This model was in production between 2005 and 2014. During this period, we saw two generations of it. Original model was offered in North America and Mexico, while second generation of this luxury truck was available only in the biggest country of Central America. After few years of brake, company is going to offer this truck once again. New model will once again come based on F-150, but it is still unknown where will be offered, just in Mexico, or also in U.S. and even Canada.

Looks like it was discontinued for 2 years.

Ford does sell a Lincoln truck. Called a Lincoln Mark. See one every once in a while. No idea how many are sold.
