Are DMVs operating in your area?

I bought new vehicle and need to register it in Clark Co. (Las Vegas).
The DMV operates by appointments only and has 90 days prebooking limit.
At present all 90 days are already booked and even getting on the site early Sunday morning did not find any new slots available.
Are we forced to ignore the law?

It is private purchase.
NV DMV added a lot to online services and put several kiosks around the city, where you can do a lot standard operations.
Unfortunately newly purchased, used vehicle registration has to be done in person.
The site says I can get 30 days permit without appointment, but then my insurance hesitate to cover vehicle who doesn't have title on my name.

I think ours is about the same, but some things can be done online, like registration renewals, Driver license Renewal, Plate purchase, and others.

If it is new, let the dealer register it.
