Atwood Camper Jack Parts (cover)

Now that Atwood is kaput - where does one find a replacement plastic cover that went on top of many of their camper jacks. Called Lippert and they don't have them and did not know of anyone that did. Looked on Ebay and Amazon - no dice there either.
