Do any of you use the sensors you can buy from Chevrolet that lets you see the tire pressures of the trailer tires in the DIC? Do they work good? Wanting to get a tpms system and would prefer to not have an extra monitor.

However they have the smaller size stem (.435") and only go up to 100PSI. Not made for 16" or larger tires. You can get larger stems, then you are limited by PSI.

Good luck!

Current camper has 13 or 14" tires on it and inflate to 50psi so we should be good to go.

Have been using them for about a year with no issues.

But, so you know, they do not show up on the DIC like the truck tire sensors. They show up in the trailer page of the radio. You can set limits so they will alarm if they go to low.

Good to know!
