Are you trying to connect to the propane port on your trailer or directly to the tank? If you are connecting to the port, the propane at that point is already low pressure. When you connect it to your Coleman stove, it has a regulator to reduce the pressure, so you are taking a low pressure source and making it even more low pressure, resulting in not enough flow for the grill. You either need to connect directly to the tank, adapt the grill by removing the regulator and replacing the fittings, or buying a purpose built RV grill.
Personally, I bought
this grill at Costco and had my local BBQ shop make up the fittings to eliminate the regulator so I can connect it to the RV.
