Do I have the camper package?

2004 F250 Super Duty 6.0D short bed. Looking at the springs, there is one on the bottom, a stack of 4, then a single flying above that. Is that a factory helper spring? The only other clue I see is that the rear window is a slider. Looks like with Lance's smallest- the 650, I'll exceed the GVWR by 500lbs fully loaded, BTW. Photo on next post!

When the options could change over the years, the only difference with Ford camper package is sway bar.
