Hi
I was hoping someone may be able to help me. I have a question I have just purchased a Grey Wolf 26RR toy hauler with Self Adjusting brakes. I have a Nissan Titan 2005 with tow package. Do I need to add a brake assist to my Nissan?
Thanks so much

Most states have laws requiring brakes on trailers above a certain weight, usually either 3,000 or 3,500 lbs. for those brakes to activate, you need a brake controller. Beyond that, sheer attention to safety requires a conscientious driver to have those brakes. You do NOT want to be driving a rig, have a tree or a kid jump out in front of you, and take 2 miles to stop, thus killing the kid and/or yourself.

I'm new had a Class C switching to a toy hauler, so much more to learn.

You need to add an electric brake controller to the Nissan to operate the TT's electric brakes.
