That model isn't exactly what I'm looking for, but I would be willing to sacrifice a few frills for something well built.

It seems to be rare now days ..... was looking at the construction information on their web page...and it looked like they might be doing a quality job.

I am researching and trying to boil things down.....so far I haven't found what I am looking for.

Nothing to exciting for me 92in wide why so narrow even the older Lance were 93in.

I went over into that area several years ago to the Elkhart Indiana and toured a factory before with my Dad before they bought a camper.....I think I will do it again.

Have you been happy with the quality of the 960RX?

I don't have either one of those models but sure would love to see one of them sometime up close. They look to be very nice campers. I've got a 960RX which I bought new two years ago with the jack knife sofa/bed and sure love it. We usually take the table off and slide it underneath the sofa so that you'll have more room to stretch out and relax. Since you live in central Illinois, why don't you drive over to New Paris, Indiana and take a look at them in person.

Looked to me like they are using some old style wood framing on some models and tubular aluminum with wood inside to get a better screw bite on others.

Sorry I was referring to the illusion series, which is a good looking camper but need to see in person to start forming a real opinion.

I would like to see the inside also, and may go tour the factory after I get retired.
I like the idea of getting a little more floor space by turning the dinette into a sofa style....would have to sit in one to see if any good.
