Electrical Issues??????

I haven't used this forum in a while but now that I am having some issues this is the first place I thought to go. We have a 2008 Keystone Hornet Retreat parked on a seasonal site. We have not had any issues until last season. Let me paint the picture....the trailer stays plugged into shore power all the time while in season but last year we noticed that the overhead lights started to dim and got worse as the season went on. The alarm went off a couple of times. I will say we are really bad, we use a lot of things at once, we are a trailer of 3 girls. Last year was the first time since purchasing the trailer that I replaced the battery, crazy I know. So I purchased the battery in April and then by September that battery was dead. Even with the new battery we still had the dimming of the lights, everything else worked though. I made sure that we brought the new battery home with us this season but now we are getting ready to open up for the season and am wondering what I will need to do and check. Kinda freaked out by electrical but trying to figure out if the problem could be a simple fix and save this single mom some money. Thanks!!

I have a 5th wheel, it's passenger side in basement up top behind front panel.
Don't know if this helps, You may need to call a dealer to find yours, or manufacturer.
If possible trace back positive battery cable, it will go to converter

remdog*1 where is the fuse on your converter?

Had the same problem, ended up being bad converter. Converter keeps 12v battery charged. Try using something on the 110 electric side. A/C or microwave, if they work it's probably converter.
My converter also has fuse in it, with any luck it could be that

Thanks Beemerphile1....that's what I was looking. Anyone know where there are other fuses and breakers besides the ones located in my breaker/fuse box in the trailer?

Anyone else have this problem????? Are there certain fuses that could be blown, if so where would they be? I was just trying to get some opinions of what it could be, I know I could ask a person to come and look but seriously was looking for possibilities of what it could be.

Sounds like the problem is with the converter output. Problem could be a fuse, circuit breaker or the converter itself. You need someone that can figure it out or hire a mobile RV tech.

I suggest the girls make friends with a neighbor who knows how to use a voltmeter to check the battery (charge and water level) and/or converter.
