Florida Keys Camping, any recommendation?

Hi, I am looking for a campsite in the Florida Keys for next winter season.

I tried to reserve at Bahia Honda, but people must have some trics, I can never get a spot, maybe I should wake up at night and type in some dates.

You can also try Long Key State park, Curry Hammock State Park and Geiger key campground near Key West. John Pennecamp State park is in Key Largo 60 miles north of Bahia Honda

Bluewater key resort does not accept Truck Campers.

I too would like to know how anyone can get a site at Bahia Honda in the winter. I am on every morning before 8:00 and can't succeed. Good luck.

If you want to drop a few bucks.. go to Blue Water Key Resort.. BUT it is worth every penny . check in the search engine above , you will see all good remarks and pictures..Joe
