Happijac 4100's

For those with the 4100's does yours have the plastic lock/unlock lever like I see on the 4500's.
Mine have plugs where the lever would be.
Supposedly the lever prevents the leg from vibrating down while traveling; maybe only required on the ball screw type (4500/4600) and not the Acme screw (4100/4150)?

Mine are manual, but missing the caps (recently bought used) so maybe at one time they were motorized.
