Hensley Arrow - Need Answer

Just finished installing the Hitch and I have a few questions.

1. it sits a bit lower than my old hitch, enough so that I am concerned it may drag or hit something....
2. answering this may answer question 1, how much tension can be on the bars? Can I tension them enough to raise the rig a few inches?
3. Since I have the 4 inch bar ( I believe) can I just flip it over and have it raise instead of lower?

Anyone with this hitch have any answers? I would greatly appreciate it!

I agree. Before our fifth wheel and the Hensley BD3 TrailerSaver hitch we had a TT and the Hensley Arrow. Ours appeared to sit low too, but the hitch height is very important. We had to swap ours out twice to get the perfect fit and yes, they are very good about it. It's important to be level because backing that stinger into the hitch takes some finesse and getting used to.

Here's a picture of ours as it was on our Komfort TT 282TS -

You can crank the spring bars all the way to the top and it won't hurt it. There's a video from HA that shows them cranked all the way up. And (insert name) says no problem doing it. With the HA you can't preload the WD the normal way so cranking on the spring bars is all you can do.
