Info wanted on 2018 Heartland Sundance 221RB

My wife and I are seriously looking at replacing our current TT and purchasing a 2018 Heartland Sundance 221RB. We're interested in hearing from anyone who has owned a Heartland RV and specifically from anyone who has owned this model (if possible).

What are your thoughts about Heartland?
Would you buy from them again?
What's the best thing about your Heartland RV? Worst thing?

We had a Heartland North Trail hardside. It wasn't a bad trailer but we were so impressed with the Grand Design that we upgraded ahead of schedule.
