I recently relocated to Florida from Washington state, updated my contact information with the insurance company. To my dismay the policy increased to $348.00 from $178.00 per year! My camper is a 2004 BIGFOOT IND 2500 SERIES TRUCK CAMPER, I had it insured for $13500.00.
This is with Progressive with multiple vehicles and no more then 60 days of travel.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

You have to remember that insurance companies are regulated by the states, so there are 50 different insurance commissioners setting rates and regulating them. Company X might easily beat Company Y in State A, but be twice as much in State B. Any time you change states, you need to start over from scratch and get quotes from all the different companies.

Even doing that, you might discover that rates are just going to be higher in B than they were in A. Sometimes a lot higher.

Shop around as insurance and air fares are industries who still reminder of "Wild, wild West".
For me in California - AAA had the best quotes, but they triple them for Las Vegas.
That's where Geico beat all the competition hands down.
Some complain that cheap insurance gives you lousy service.
I used Geico for windshield replacement and after some backfeed they agree to put OE glass on my Mercedes. That's $1000 worth of glass.
I am getting solicitation from Progressive (and others) and once a year run comparison.
Progressive advertise beating Geico for $500 or more, but their actual quotes are at least double what I am paying now.
