I found a a product online at a great discount from American RV company. Are they an OKAY site to purchase from?

Bought a surge protector from them. It was poorly packaged and arrived physically broken. Contacted them and they wanted pictures and a description of the damage before they'd replace it. Sent that to them then they came back and said since it was electronic it wasn't covered by them and I'd have to deal with the manufacturer. Tried pointing out that shipping defective products or failing to ship products in a manner such that they'd arrive unbroken WAS their problem, but they didn't agree. Luckily I ordered it on a credit card and I just let the CC company deal with them. They're on my "never buy from them" list.

Totally straight up company. I have used them for years, often because they have great prices on repair parts.
