This is on my 2005 Lance 981. I want to ask the community prior to peeling away the caulk. The first pic shows the area, the second pic I am pointing the the connection in question. Solar panel will be here Tuesday!

Thanks. I have the pigtail connection in my owners manual kit.
I found the other ends of the wires in the basement for the charge controller.

yep that's it. lift up the flap and it is a two pin connector
