Jay Flight 6 gallon water heater

Looked at 2016 Jay Flight with 6 gallon hot water heater. My first camper several years ago had a 6 gallon heater and we got by with it but did have concerns. Since then we've had doing but 10 gallon tanks.

Are the new 6 gallon heater better than the old heaters or should I keep looking?

When I think we're going to really use it I'll run both gas and electric. If it does run a little cool it doesn't take long to build back up.

The two of us get by fine. 20 minutes between showers is the only drawback.

6 gallons works for me just fine but I don't take long showers or do three meals of dishwashing either. Without knowing how your system is being used, I'd guess answers are going to be all over the place.
