We are trying to decide between a used 2012 Jayco White Hawk 28DSB11 or a new 2014 Heartland North Trail 28BRS. The new one is priced about $3500 more than the used one. Our current camper is a 16ft Starcraft and we have outgrown it. Any reviews or comments would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks for any help!

We love our 2011 North Trail 28BRS! We paid $18.5k + TTL & WHD almost 4 years ago brand new custom order. I see they have changed the floorplan a bit from what we have, but it's a great TT!

I think you can go to the Heartland Owners Forum as a guest and ask your questions.

We love our Sundance 5er. Heartland has very good customer service, and active owners forum. They have owners rallies all over the country, a neat way to meet other owners and have lots of fun.

How much can a buyer expect a dealer to go down on price? I have never bought a new camper before(only used) and not sure how much negotiating room there is. The used camper is through a private seller.

thanks
