No power from deep cycle battery

This is the second battery I've tried without success, I've checked all fuses, shore power works fine. Any advice to troubleshoot getting the deep cycle battery to power our truck camper? We don't have a generator. We have a sun-lite cabover from 2003. We just bought this and are hoping to get her out on the road soon! Thanks!

Battery POS cable.....trace it back to converter

In-line will be a FUSE.
Verify it is not BLOWN

IF FUSE tests good then locate the 'reverse polarity' fuse(s) (could be one or two...30A or larger) on converter. Test that those are not BLOWN

Chances are the In-Line Fuse on battery POS cable is problem

Course that is IF battery NEG is properly grounded.
Is it time for your medication or mine?

Do you have a main battery cut-off switch? Is it on or off?

Any chance it got hooked up backwards? If so it will blow the reverse polarity fuses (3) possibly located on the converter away from the other fuses.

You need a meter to trace voltages back from the battery. There's usually a thermal fuse between the battery and the "house." That may be bad.

Can't offer any more without specific detail.
