Older Coachman pop-up

I'm going to look at an older Coachman popup for a project. The owner say's that one corner will not lift up with the crank and he picks it up while someone cranks the handle. I said the cable must be broke and he said it don't have cables. Can someone educate me on what type of lift system it has?

They have cables.... sure

L&W lift system. For a few years (04?) IDS or some such and now Goshen

I think they all have cables. My 1986 does.
