PLEASE HELP 2015 Starcraft Travelstar Galaxy

Ok, so this has been a ridiculously annoying issue. I bought this RV new about a month ago at Campingworld (biggest mistake of my life was walking through their front doors) and have had issues ever since. My current issue might seem like nothing to most people, but since this is my first RV ever, I am at a complete loss for what to do.
My windows will not close. Today was a beautiful day and was the first time I decided to open the windows of the RV. What I didn't realize is that 2 of the windows did not have the open/close mechanism seated correctly in the tracks on the bottom of the glass pane, and so even though the mechanism pushed them open just fine, I cannot close them.
Can anyone PLEASE explain how to get these arms and the knobs on top of them seated correctly back in the track on the bottom of the glass window? I've figured out how to remove the pane altogether and can then slide them in from the side, but at that point I can't put the top of the glass back into the window frame. It's the most annoying catch 22 ever. The Scratches on the track thing are because I first attempted to use pliers to squeeze the ring knob like things back into the tracks, but to no avail.
Please help me... I tried calling the dealership and that was yet again a bust. To be honest I don't even know why I tried. They've been worthless ever since I signed the dotted line.

BTW I do have pictures but I'm not familiar with things like this and I don't know how to include them ๐Ÿ˜•

Yes, I think you need photos. I have crank out, push out and a slide window in my TT. The dealer showed us how to use them on the walk through.

The propane gauge on my LP regulator has a glass bulb with a green ring when it has gas and a red ring when empty. You not know if it is half or quarter full, only that it has some gas in it.

Why not go to any RV dealer and ask them. Most brands use windows from only 2 different mfgs. I'm sure a different dealer could show you.

Not to derail this thread but, your regulator isn't designed to tell you when you are low on fuel, in spite of what someone may have told you. All it does is give a constant fuel pressure to your appliances.

Pictures would help, but in the meantime, maybe you could give us the brand and model of RV? Frame windows or frameless?

Duct tape is your friend. One of mine popped off the track and I held it closed with duct tape until I could get back to my dealer.

Maybe you can contact a Mobile RV tech in the area. Ask at the front desk where you are staying if they have a local one that they use.

Moderator should have caught it. He/she may be off duty!
You may get a canned response to contact them via private message.
You may also contact the factory. Maybe they will work with local shop to get it fixed.

This link from rv net will show/explain how to post pics. I would think if people could have a visual of your problem, they would be able to help.

A lot of users set up a photobucket acct. then transfer the pic from there using the 'direct link' to post it here .

thanks enblethen, I'm sorry for posting in the wrong place...
westend, as much as I hate the idea of ever setting foot on CW property again, your probably right. My problem, however, is that the windows are both now just kind of hanging on their half-hinge thing and will flap themselves into shattering on the 100 mile drive to the dealership ๐Ÿ˜•

I asked the moderator to move this to the correct forum.
Maybe you will get an answer!

I think taking it back to CW is probably your best course of action. I'm sure someone at the dealership knows exactly how to operate the windows. I can't instruct you as I have no clue as to how the window operates.
