Power hitch cover housing

I have a 2011 Passport 3050BH and it has a power hitch. I don't know who the manufacture is of the hitch. The housing for the hitch is all dry-rotted and broken. I have done some searches on the net but can't find a replacement. I don't need to replace the hitch, just the housing. Is that something that can be bought? If so can anyone point me in the right direction?

Can't help you with the manufacturer or replacement parts, but can help with the picture...hopefully others will recognize this tongue jack..
