PUMP?

Good Day to all-

has anyone use this pump that draws the RV antifreeze right out of the gallon jug and it pumps it right thru the city water hook up? and if so how hard is it to do it, and does it really work?

Thanks in advance>>

I do this as well. I blow the lines out with air using the city water connection and an adapter to connect it to my air hose. I then use a small pump to pump a little bit of antifreeze into lines. I then disconnect that pump and put the cap on the city water connection. I then go inside and flip the little valve on the built in water pump and finish winterizing use the built in pump. I've actually lost a couple city water connections over the years to freezing from water being left in the city water connection because the antifreeze couldn't push the water out of the way. And then, trying to get the water out, I've dislodged a couple of the check valves in the city water connection. I now do it this way and no more busted connections or dislodged check valves.

I just use the pump the TT came with. There are a couple valves and a T fitting to draw from the fresh tank or a 2' hose that I put into a gallon jug of anti-freeze.
