Ram Megacab and pass through window?

I am considering getting a Ram Megacab and a new TC. Is having a pass through window useful? Are they large enough for a child to go back and forth while camping? As the Megacab rear seat can be folded flat and made into a bed, I was wondering if this would make additional sleeping area. Or if this additional storage area would be accessible from withing the TC while camping. I have two kids (4 and ๐Ÿ˜Ž and am trying to figure out how a TC might work for us.

I would like to hear your thoughts.

Thanks,

Jason

Mega cab means short bed, get the Quadcab and long bed, many more camper options, without so much rear camper overhang
2003 Dodge Quad Cab 3500 SRW LB Cummins diesel, Banks Six Gun, Banks exhaust, Mag hytec deep trans pan, and Diff cover. Buckstop bumper, Aerotanks 55gal tank, airbags, stableloads Bigwig stabilizer, 2003 Lance 1071 camper, solar and generator

Had a 2006 Mega Cab with the power slider. It was nice, but the drive cables would snap off the carrier.

That's a novel idea!
A small child could get through one pretty easily - they open to about 16" or more.
