Screen Room/Add A Room Options

Hello- first time poster. We are seasonal campers with a Dutchmen camper with a 20 foot awning. We want to add a screen room/add-a-room but would like to have the door opening be on the side panels (not the front). This would be one that would be attached to our existing awning. All the ones we see have the door on the front panel. Does anyone know of a model that would allow for doors off the side?

I'm guessing it is unlikely to find as some awning support arms run across the two ends. I saw a local mod where the owner took his Dometik patty-o-room panel to a tent and awning shop and had them cut it and install a zipper. Cost him a couple hundred bucks. Wouldn't work on mine given the arm location but worked well for him.

Nope, sounds like a DIY mod. Years ago I remember seeing a Coleman popup with an add-a-room with a screen door mounted in it, so anything is possible. It looked like the owner had purchased a second door, the same one piece unit used on the camper itself, and figured out how to mount it in the add-a-room. Slick mod. :B
