shower wall enclosure question

I have several of the little plastic rivets that have broken off on my shower walls that old them to the camper wall. Has anybody else had that happen and where do I find replacements? Is there a better way to fix these?

These just pushed tight in the existing hole, then tapped the center pin down. So far so good.
