Slide trouble on 2012 Crossroads Sunset Trailblazer...

Looking for some help as our dinette and couch slide is acting up. It seems fine on the right side from inside the trailer but nothing was happening on the left. After a few attempts it did open. Now it will not move on the left side to close the slide. The trailer has an enclosed underbelly so that isn't helping matters.
We found the power source for the slide and it is showing an error. Haul Sig no present.
We unhooked the power and tried to manually move it but no luck.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

You can also visit the Lippert Components site that makes the Schwintek Slide System. They have on line guides to help trouble shoot and videos as well. Let us know how you make out. Our unit has the same system and we have not had any issues to date.

You have a shwintec slide system ,2 little moters on sides of the slide wall . , you should go to the Crossroads RV family forum and there are numerous videos and links on the site.
