Soft floor in basement model

2005 Citation Basement model 1050
The floor is soft, spongy, and squeaks when walked on.
I suspect that the between foam is breaking down,
but I don't know what to do about it
Any idea how to repair??

I had a soft floor a couple of years ago and it was rot next to the door. Not your brand but you may have a deeper problem. Just sayin
