Stabilizer

I have seen scissor type stabilizers installed at an angle to the chassis of a trailer. It seems to me this would give more stability.I would like to know if anyone has their stabilizers set up this way and does it help with the stability?

If you want to get rid of the shake invest in a set of JT Strongarms.
Currently PPL Motor Homes have them for $230.

My Outback has the stabilizer Jacks turned at an angle and not straight or perpendicular to the frame. The trailer still has Shake. The biggest factor in the shake is how long the Jacks Are extended. You will never get all the shake out of the trailer with stabilizer jacks by them self. It's just a fact of the way trailers are made.
