Stereo replacement

Can anyone recommend a decent replacement wall mount radio/stereo ?

I have the cheesy cheap wall unit with a CD player. I really want to keep a wall unit. I see they have them but nothing I've ever herd of. Don't want a car stereo. Thanks!

You don't mention what you have now.

I would go with a automotive unit if you have room for it.

X2. Going with an automotive head unit gives a lot of options at a better price.

That is if you're handy and open to some modifications. Even if you're not a good automotive stereo shop could easily set you up.

I made a wood plate and stained it too match the cabinets. I installed a single din car radio. This opens you up to more options, not to mention much higher quality radios.

Except for some of the new campers I’ve seen, all other campers have car stereos that I’m familiar with. Pick your favorite one, they all mount up and wire in basically the same.
I generally stay away from the cheap brands. Sony, pioneer, Alpine, Clarion or Kenwood are all good brands. Just put a Sony touch screen in our boys car. Was only like $250 and very good quality and runs all the factory amps (Mustang with the Shaker 1000 factory sound system has 4 separate external amps) in the car. Avx 1000 I think is the model.
