I have a 2011 forest river V-cross 27vfk. The tires are a 205/75/R15. I was wondering if I could put 225/75/R15 on it instead?

I did it several years ago and have never looked back. My theory is such that if some is good and more is better, then too much should be just enough.

Agreed .
The best way to decrease tire failures is to upgrade the weight rating in pounds as posted on the sidewall.
225/75 and 225/70 R15 instead of 205/75R15 .
Load range D instead of C .
Me too. Now 2271 # rating ( LT ) instead of 1820 # rating ST on the factory steel wheels .
No worries , mate ....

Up-sized and went to LR E on our Komfort. Worked well for the 7 years we owned it. You'll need rims at least 6" wide. Good luck.

what is the recommended wheel width of the replacement tire compared to what your wheels are? Other than that the only issue is do you have enough clearance for this size tire?
