Tow vehicle for a crossroads cf32bl

Hi all. Been looking at replacing our 1998 winne with the above 5 wheel. My brain is absolute mush. Looked at fifth wheels and tow vehicles and I think above trailer is the one but for tow vehicles I've been looking at gmc 2500's with 6.0 and I'm honestly wondering if that's enough truck. Dry weight is 8450. Should I look at one tons?
Next question the owner of this might be offering 96 f350 dually with 7.3.... Thoughts on that truck?
Thoughts on crossroads brand? Sorry I'm rambling like I said my brain is fried.

It's a 2008. It's 14500. They also have a dually 6.4 diesel for 19. The 6.4 kind of scares me also. The way I'll be using it in thinking the gas will be a better choice but i dont know

I'd go with the V10, but then I prefer simplicity of gasoline engines. And I really like the V10. I find the 5.4 V8 Ford and 6.0 V8 chevy to be a bit underpowered for heavy pulling. The new 6.2 V8 in 2011 and later Fords is supposedly comparable to the V10 in real world performance, but I've only experienced it in an F-150, not the super duty.

Not a V10 owner. But I do know that is a highly regarded and sought after engine that is also known for being very reliable. Obviously a gas guzzler though. Only available now in the larger chassis trucks such as the F-450 which tells me something about ability and dependability.
What year model is it?

Ok I found a f350 crew cab long bed with v10. 150000 miles for decent price. Any v10 owners?

The GMC with 6.0 is a great drivetrain and will pull that trailer day in day out no problem.

My Crossroads Cruiser has been flawless other than a small water leak behind the hot water heater that was fixed easily and quickly (and under warranty) that caused very minimal issues with some damp insulation on our 2nd trip with it.As far as the TV, either of the above you mentioned would be OK with that unit IMO. Of course the one ton diesel would be best. The 6.0 Gasser is a solid bullet proof engine, it's just gonna work hard and Rev high to do it. But you'll get there.
