Don't see any reason why not. Find an empty parking lot and practice some turns and backing. I use to take my truck driving students to the back of a truck stop around 2 in the afternoon. Had plenty of room to practice.
You might be able to find a class or talk to a local dealer and see if someone is willing to give you some lessons.
I know of many women that travel solo in class A's, C's and B's since they don't have to get out when they stop. Some tow car. Others prefer their TT's and 5er's so it's all about what you want to do.
Bottom line is give it a try for a couple of months and if you are not comfortable make the changes you need. The only limit is you
🙂Personally, I love my 5er and I do all the driving.
