Valance

Has anyone ever removed the window treatment (valance) from a Lance Max before and if so how difficult is it also does it do any damage to the wall?

Cant say on a Lance- our interior valances are simple fabric covered 1/8 ply on 1x1 frames. Removal would only leave few screw holes. Yours may be different. I took ours off, the were quite large hanging well below what blinds would open up to, also had quite an arc swooping down to sides. Squared the bottom edge straight across leaving only enough to cover the top of blinds. I dont care for them Margaret does-at least now they dont interfere or protrude more than blinds and get full view out windows.
