Is 11% okay or am I being overly concerned about it. We drove it from the mountains like this about 31/2 hours and there was no major sway and the first trip out this year was no real sway once I had the dual cam reset.

The way I am reading this I am under my GVWR (240) and GCWR(440). My trailer is 6370. TW is 10.8% or 11%. I am under all my limits.
Two observations though. I don't like a tw of 11% would rather have 12-12.5%. Do I just shift things forward from the back?
Second 300 lbs is transferred to the front axle and 120 lbs back to trailer. Are these numbers okay?
Third, I am at my max FAWR, is there a way to back off of the distribution to the front axle or is this normal?
Fourth, I am close and will be over sometime in the next few years. I was looking at a 8.1 suburban to replace this with. What is the unloaded fuel mileage on these? Anyone have experience with the 6.5TD suburban towing, any light on the capacities of these, I am having a hard time finding info on them

Your numbers are good. I wouild take a washer out of the hitch. That will reduce some of the weight on the front axle.
Was your FW tank full? Is it in front of the axles? Were the waste water tanks full? Where are they?
Weight can move around in a TT during a trip. FW gets used and ends up in the black or grey, food gets consumed and ends up in the black, etc. Depending on the answers to these questions.. On your way to camp, your TW may very well have been higher
