What does BHDS stand for?

I've noticed that there seems to be an industry standard way of naming travel trailers. I've particularly noticed that I like BHDS trailers. I'v seen that BH means bunk house, but I am unsure what the DS stands for?

Also, if there anywhere that provides a list of all these different "models" and what they mean? It would be a lot easier for me to track down what I want if I knew. 🙂

I could be wrong,but I challenge someone to find a BHDS model that does not have a double slide in the bunkhouse.

There is no industry standard. Each manufacturer makes up their own model designations.

Everything I`ve run across means Bunk House Dinette Slide! But that doesn`t mean they can`t come up with a new meaning.

I believe it is bunk house double slide. Meaning the bunkhouse will have two slides.

I am not aware of any list of acronyms for RV models. I would just start at each manufacturer's web site. Find a floorplan you like and mote the model mane/number. It is quite arbitrary.
